Does Gan Noe offer extra curricular activities?
- Music: Each week Mr. Alexi visits our Gan Noe classrooms and engages our students in fun and interactive music and movement opportunities. This is a highlight for our students who get to explore the world song, rhythm and music through instruments, dancing and movement.
- Baking: Our students engage in teacher led baking opportunities like braiding and baking Challah as well as healthy cakes from time to time. This activity helps our students learn about measurements, ingredients and process of preparing food.
- Olive Press Workshop, Fire Truck & Matzah Baking: From time to time we bring in individual artists and skilled workers to share.
- Upper Noe: Learning the neighborhood and understating how to be a good citizen is part of what is learned on our regular excursions to Upper Noe Playground. Where the children learn to direction and engagement with others who are not part of their regular cohort etc.

Does Gan Noe offer any school community & family events?
- Gan Noe is not just a school it is a community. We offer special programs for our Gan Noe Families for Shabbat and all the major Jewish holidays.
- Tot Shabbat is a Friday evening Preschool community Shabbat dinner for preschool students and their families. With age appropriate song & story for preschoolers as well as delicious Shabbat dinner for siblings, parents and grandparents too. It is a delightful evening that is always enjoyed by all attendees. Tot Shabbat takes place approximately every other month during the school year.
- Gan Noe Trike-a-thon is our annual event that brings together community members and Gan Noe families our Gan Noe students each decorate their trikes, bikes, scooters (or anything with wheels) and make their way around the Gan Noe Track to the delight of parents and onlookers. A T-Shirts, Lunch and activities are an additional part of the event as well.

Jewish Holidays
- Jewish Holidays play are integrated into our curriculum and play a vital role in our curriculum and preschool rhythm. In addition to the many preschool community events it is also a major part of the curriculum.
